2. Our market is still playing catch up from the months we were quarantining in place. People bought more homes in DFW than any October on record.
3. When you're ready to sell there will be several buyers looking to pay top dollar. Most homes are spending less time on the market, and receiving more than one offer.
4. Traditionally home buyers start looking around mid January when they receive their early tax refunds. Serious buyers are still in the market and they're ready to go!
