Its Christmastime in Desoto! If you're looking for safe, fun, family friendly, and socially distanced activities then you're in the right place.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 12th, there are two events for your family to choose from.
First up is the FREE Desoto Winter Wonderland from 11AM to 3PM at the Desoto Civic Center located at 211 E. Pleasant Run Road in Desoto, TX. This event features, arts, crafts, painting with a twist and much more. This event is for ages 13 and under, the events are grouped via age bracket, and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Later that evening get ready for a couple of Christmas classics at the Desoto Drive-In Movie at Grimes Park located at 501 E. Wintergreen Road in Desoto, TX. Featuring "Elf" from 5:30 to 7:40 and "Dr. Suess' How the Grinch Stole Christmas" from 8:30 to 10:15. Tickets are $20 per vehicle, and concessions are available, so bring the entire family!
